Actually not only for a day. If I'm gonna stay around you more that a day, then my "hello" continue to work until I leave you.

Wow, I just read this and love it. Thanks for sharing it Brandon....as you know I have been working off and on TRYING to write but having feelings of inadequacy, thinking, "who am I" in regards to writing my story...I think I will check into his book...sounds really interesting for sure.

I do believe you have a real gift in writing and always enjoy reading everything you write (not because I'm your Mama either!) You really have a way of expressing yourself in what you write and causes one to want to keep reading what you are writing about. See, I can't even write exactly how I feel about your gift of writing...hard to put on "paper." I do understand the concept of getting out of the "dream" state and actually "doing" state! I have many dreams that I pray will become a reality one day!

Love you and so proud of you son! Always thanking God for the gift you are!

Yes, Sarah, people usually answer the phone with either "Yes?" or "Allo" which certainly sounds like our "hello" but answering the phone is really the only time they use it.

This is super interesting. My pet peeve has always been with the constant how are you's from people who do not want to know how you are under any circumstance. But even I who notice this get pulled into it sometimes. Melanie Partlow commented one time how I always answer with how I am other than good and you?
So what is the traditional greeting when answering the phone there? does everyone just pick up the phone and say yes?

Ahhh! Tahoe City was a small city and we lived across the street from the National Forest and we loved walking Zack in all its paths! You are blessed beyond measure. It is God's gift to you!
