Today Katie and I are off to Coffeyville, Kansas to meet with a church about a possible support partnership. We’re meeting with the missions committee tonight, and then I’ll be making a presentation and preaching in the morning. We are excited to meet another church family, and we are very excited that the drive is only an hour and a half from here.
To give everyone an update on our support situation, Katie and I now have around 68% of our monthly support needs committed for Ukraine. If the lead in Minnesota pans out, we will be up past 80% of what we need. Please be praying for the decision the mission committee at that congregation is making. Katie and I felt a very strong connection with the congregation there and know that their partnership would be an amazing asset to our work in Ukraine. However, they are considering us along with two other very-worthy works and we understand the difficult decision they have to make.
As far as our one-time needs are concerned, we are probably around $10,000 short of what we are shooting for. I say “probably” because we just realized we need to be raising money to pay for our health insurance upfront for one year so as to get it cheaper and haven’t sat down to figure out exactly how much we’ll need with this new addition.
As always, if any of you have any leads you know of that might be able to help us in one or both of these areas, please let us know. We are grateful to God that we see the support slowly coming in. Thank you to everyone who has made our journey your journey. We love you all so much!

Coffeyville is a small town on right on the border of Oklahoma and Kansas.
